Where Mercy Rule is applied, all bets will stand on the score at the time.

All bets are action, at odds taken, regardless of who pitches for each team. Displayed pitchers are for information purposes only. Extra innings count unless specified otherwise.

1st inning must be completed for bets to have action, unless settlement of bets is already determined.

Game Correct Score

Subject to 8½ innings rule. Settlement includes extra innings where applicable. Where a game can end in a Tie, then that option is available. If an MLB game ends in a tie when a game is called/suspended bets, will be deemed no action.

Pre-Game

Money Line and Total Double (including Alternatives)/Run Line and Total Double

Subject to the 8½ innings rule except where settlement is already determined. E.g., MLB game is called, or suspended at 5-4 at the end of the 6th innings, at that point bets on a Game Total of 8.5 would be determined (as the Total quoted has already gone over) and the Money Line part of the combined bet is subject to the 4½ innings rule (as standard) and is therefore determined.

Double Result

Result after 4½ innings, plus result for the whole game. In the event of a game ending in a Tie, then bets will be deemed no action.

Game Total Odd/Even

If the combined score is zero, then bets will be settled as Even.

Highest Scoring Period

8½ innings rule applies, EXCEPT where the outcome is already determined, where the natural conclusion of the game would have meant the outcome would be determined, or if a game is called/suspended with the outcome undetermined. In those cases, bets will be deemed no action.

Winning Margins

Subject to 8½ innings rule. Settlement includes extra innings for MLB. For non-MLB where a game can end in a Tie, then that option is available. If an MLB game ends in a Tie when a game is called/suspended, bets will be deemed no action.

Game Correct Score

Subject to 8½ innings rule. Settlement includes extra innings where applicable. Where a game can end in a Tie, then that option is available. If an MLB game ends in a tie when a game is called/suspended bets, will be deemed no action.

Scoring/Runs Props

Total Runs 5-Way

8½ innings rule applies unless the total has already reached the highest band, in which case that band will be settled as the winner.

Leader After X Innings

Top and bottom of the specified inning must be completed for bets to have action, unless team batting second leads and cannot be overtaken at time the game is called/suspended. In the event of a mercy rule being applied, any incomplete innings leader markets will be deemed to be won by game winner.

First to Score/Race to x Runs

The first team to reach the required number of runs will be settled as the winner. Bets on Neither require the 8½ innings rule to apply to be settled as winners.

Last to Score

8½ innings rule applies EXCEPT if a game is called/suspended with the outcome undetermined, then bets will be deemed no action.

Extra Innings Yes/No

Will be settled as Yes if the score is tied after 9 innings (or the statutory number of innings if this is not 9), even if later innings are not played for any reason.

When Will Most Runs Be Scored?

8½ innings rule applies.

First HR Will Be?

Will be settled on the first HR hit in the game. Subject to 8½ innings rule EXCEPT where the outcome is already determined, or if a game is called/suspended with the outcome undetermined, then bets will be deemed no action.

Any Batter to Reach Base in Half Inning (1st)

Any Batter to Reach Base in Half Inning (1st) Specified half inning (top or bottom) must be completed EXCEPT where the outcome is already determined.

Back to Back Hits in Half Inning (1st)

Specified half inning (top or bottom) must be completed, EXCEPT where the outcome is already determined. Settlement is based on Hits being recorded in back to back plate appearances.

Race to X Hits

8½ innings rule applies, EXCEPT where the outcome is already determined, or if a game is called/suspended with the outcome undetermined, then bets will be deemed no action.

Game (Recorded by Batters in Game) Singles/Doubles/Triples/Home Runs/Total Bases/Hits/Stolen Bases/Strikeouts/Batter Walks

8½ innings rule applies EXCEPT where the outcome is already determined, or if a game is called/suspended with the outcome undetermined, then bets will be deemed no action.

Team (Pre-Game)

Team with Highest Scoring Innings

Will be settled on the single highest scoring half inning of the game. If both teams have the same highest score, then Tie will be settled as the winner (even if one team has attained this score more often than the other). 8½ innings rule applies, EXCEPT if a game is called/suspended with the outcome undetermined, then bets will be deemed no action.

Team to record First Hit of Game

Will be settled on the first hit in the game. Subject to 8½ innings rule EXCEPT where the outcome is already determined, or if a game is called/suspended with the outcome undetermined, then bets will be deemed no action.

Team to record First Run of Game

Will be settled on the first run in the game. Subject to 8½ innings rule EXCEPT where the outcome is already determined, or if a game is called/suspended with the outcome undetermined, then bets will be deemed no action.

Team to record First Home Run of Game

Will be settled on the first HR hit in the game. Subject to 8½ innings rule EXCEPT where the outcome is already determined, or if a game is called/suspended with the outcome undetermined, then bets will be deemed no action. Bets will be deemed no action if there is no HR recorded.

Team to record First RBI of Game

Will be settled on the first RBI in the game. Subject to 8½ innings rule EXCEPT where the outcome is already determined, or if a game is called/suspended with the outcome undetermined, then bets will be deemed no action. Bets will be deemed no action if there is no RBI recorded.

8½ innings rule applies EXCEPT where the outcome is already determined, or if a game is called/suspended with the outcome undetermined, then bets will be deemed no action.

Player (Pre-Game)

The selected Player (all quoted players in a multi-player market) must meet the following conditions for bets to run, otherwise bets are deemed no action:

Pitcher Markets

The selected Player(s) must be in the official starting lineup and throw a pitch. Live Player Performance bets are action, irrespective of; if, after placing a bet, the selected player takes no further part in the game (defined as making another pitch).

Batter Markets

The selected Player(s) must be in the official starting lineup and make one plate appearance.

8½ innings rule applies (where a 7 innings game is played as part of a doubleheader, the 6 ½ innings rule applies), unless settlement of bets is already determined; with the exception of Pitcher to Record the Win which is subject to the 4 ½ innings rule. Markets will be settled according to game stats from the respective official competition site published on the day of the game. Subsequent amendments do not affect settlement.

Live Player Performance bets are action, irrespective of; if, after placing a bet, the selected player takes no further part in the game (defined as making another plate appearance).

Pitch Velocity

Settlement is based on official statistical pitch speed data recorded by the MLB.

Specific to the Player markets listed below, each respective market is settled on the player who records the first specified event (even if not quoted (Quoted Players Subject to Change)). In the event of no specified event taking place, like if the specified player does not record a Home Run in the game, then bets will be settled as lost.

Specifically for Live bets if, after placing a bet, the selected player does not have another plate appearance, bets will be deemed no action.

Number of Batters in the Current/Next Half Inning

Where the specified Half Inning ends on a failed stolen base attempt or pickoff, then any batter that steps to the plate in that Half Inning will count towards settlement. If a Player is subbed during a Plate Appearance, this would count as 1 batter towards the total number of batters for settlement purposes.

Total Bases Calculation
*Total Bases are calculated by adding all hits a player makes as per Single = 1 Base, Double = 2 Bases, Triple = 3 Bases, Home Run = 4 Bases. Only these count.

Strikeout the Side in the Current/Next Half Inning

The strikeouts do not need to be consecutive.

A dropped third strike where the batter reaches safely, counts towards the total number of strikeouts for settlement purposes.

Daily Props

These markets refer to a group of games played on a particular date. There are no Listed Pitchers (bets stand regardless of Pitchers changes). For all Daily Props, all games must be played and go at least 8½ innings for action, unless settlement is already determined. This includes:
