Unplayed or Postponed Matches
An unplayed or postponed match will be treated as a non-starter for settling purposes unless it is played within 5 days of the original scheduled match time. In which case the bet will stand unless canceled by mutual consent.
Should any match be played prior to the date or kickoff time denoted, then all bets will stand provided the bet is placed not later than the revised kickoff time.

Abandoned Matches
Any match abandoned before the completion of 90 minutes play will be deemed no action except bets whose outcome had already been determined at the time of abandonment. The market must be fully determined for bets to stand. For example, First Player to Score or Time of the First Goal bets will stand provided a goal has been scored at the time of abandonment.

Interrupted Matches
If a match is interrupted but subsequently resumed (from the point in the match at which it was interrupted) and played to a finish within 48 hours of the original scheduled kickoff time, all bets will stand on the match.

Otherwise, if the match is resumed but not finished within 48 hours of the original scheduled kickoff time, this will be treated as an abandonment and bets on the original event will be deemed no action, except bets whose outcome had already been determined, prior to the initial interruption in the match.

If a match is interrupted for any reason, and is replayed in full (with the clock starting from 00:00), this will be treated as an abandonment and bets on the original event will be deemed no action, except bets whose outcome had already been determined, prior to the initial interruption in the match.

Matches not Played as Listed

Changed Match Venue
If a match venue is changed (other than to the away team's ground) then bets already placed will stand providing the home team is still designated as such. If the home and away team for a listed match are reversed (e.g., match is played at the original away team's ground), then bets placed based on the original listing will be deemed no action.

Neutral Venues
We will endeavor to identify on our Website all matches played at a neutral venue. For matches played at a neutral venue (whether indicated on our site or not), bets will stand regardless of which team is listed as the home team.

Team Lists
If an official match lists different team details to those listed on our Website, then bets will be deemed no action. For example, the official match specifies in the team name reserves/age group (e.g., Under 21s) or gender (e.g., Women).

In all other cases, bets stand, including instances where we list a team name without specifying the term “XI” in the name.

Non-Standard Formats
If a match is played in a non-standard format, i.e., 3 or 4 periods, then all “Half” related markets are deemed no action.
